Employing people with disabilities: how to prepare your business for the upcoming changes?
We invite you on April 17th at 4:30 PM to a meeting with Oksana Zholnovych, Minister of Social Policy!
Meeting Topic: Employment of People with Disabilities: How Can Businesses Prepare for New Regulations?
On January 1, 2026, Law №4219-IX comes into force, changing the approach to the employment of people with disabilities. Its goal is to create equal opportunities and overcome stigmatization, while supporting employers in creating an inclusive environment.
Oksana Zholnovych will discuss new opportunities, support tools, and practical steps for preparing for the changes.
During the meeting, we will discuss, among other things:
- What compensations are (provided) for employers who equip workplaces;
- How social support in the workplace will function;
- What the new approach to quotas and contributions means;
- How to get support for retraining and candidate selection;
- How the new rehabilitation system will work.
The meeting will be an opportunity for businesses to receive initial clarifications from the relevant ministry, ask practical questions, and prepare for the implementation of new regulations. We invite company owners and managers, HR professionals, and everyone involved in developing an inclusive environment within their organization to join.
Meeting format: online.
Register and we will send you a confirmation of participation to the email address provided during registration!
