Webinar “Norway–Ukraine Building and Construction Hub: Funding Programs”
On September 24, 2026, the open webinar “Norway–Ukraine Building and Construction Hub: Funding Programs” will take place, focusing on funding opportunities and support programs that can be used to implement joint reconstruction projects in Ukraine.
We invite members of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP) to take part in an international webinar and learn about available funding sources, current support programs, and potential international partners for implementing projects related to Ukraine’s reconstruction.
The event is organized by Construction City Cluster and SINTEF as part of the Norway–Ukraine Building and Construction Hub project — a joint initiative of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP), SINTEF, Norway’s largest independent research institute, and other partners. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Ukrainian and Norwegian companies, experts, research institutions, and other stakeholders in the construction sector.

Participation: Open to SUP members and Norwegian companies, organizations, and institutions.

During this session, you will:
- gain an overview of key funding programs aimed at Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction
- learn how to identify current funding opportunities for your organization or initiative
- hear directly from Norwegian and European funding experts about current priorities and application processes
- have an opportunity to connect with potential Norwegian and Ukrainian partners for future cooperation
- gain insights into new promising project opportunities in Ukraine’s recovery
- learn about real-life examples of cross-border cooperation and successful funding applications
- better understand how businesses, organizations, and institutions can contribute to recovery initiatives and benefit from them
The webinar will be particularly useful for SUP members already working or planning to work in the areas of reconstruction, construction, infrastructure, energy efficiency, digitalization, and sustainable development, as well as those looking for funding opportunities for their own projects or international partnerships.
