GR Community Meeting: Q&A Session with the NACP Head
On September 26 at 10:00 AM, you are invited to GR Community meeting: a Q&A session with the Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).
GR Community is a professional network of Government Relations specialists and business representatives.
On September 1, 2025, Ukraine’s Law “On Lobbying” and the Register of Transparency came into force. These new regulations establish clear rules for business-government interaction and are designed to ensure the transparency and integrity of lobbying activities. This meeting is a perfect and timely opportunity to discuss the practical aspects of the new legislation and the functionality of the Register, and to get answers to your questions directly from the NACP Head.
The agenda includes:
- An open discussion with Viktor Pavluschyk, Head of the NACP, and NACP representatives.
- Clarification of the key provisions of the new Law “On Lobbying” and the principles of the Register of Transparency.
- Discussion of the challenges and new opportunities for businesses and GR professionals.
- Formation of a professional community for GR specialists.
- Strengthening collaboration between the business and government sectors.
