Meeting to discuss digital tools for business and career
SUP meeting with Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization.
The discussion focused on new digital services that change the interaction of business and citizens with the state:
- The Pulse platform is a tool for business feedback on the quality of public services. Initiated by the Council of Entrepreneurs (Andriy Borodatiuk and Oleksandr Gorokhovsky), the platform allows leaving both positive and critical feedback on interaction with government agencies. The goal is to improve service and transparency.
- ePermit is a government system that already allows online obtaining of a number of important permits. These include extending the deadlines for foreign currency payments and declarations of compliance with labor protection. At the first stage, the system will cover 7 key services in the areas of licensing, registration and complaints.
- Obriy is a national digital platform for employment and career development. This is a future career navigator from the state that will include a digital resume, personalized action plan, labor market analytics, access to courses and consultations. AI will allow the system to offer the most relevant vacancies and areas of development.
All these solutions are an important step towards a more efficient, transparent, and digital state.
