New rules for business interaction with the state: analysing the Law on Administrative Procedure

Webinar: “Law of Ukraine ‘On аdministrative рrocedure’: new оpportunities for business”

March 26, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, an online webinar will take place to help business representatives understand how to apply the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” (LAP) in their practical activities, protect their rights, and interact effectively with government authorities.

The Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” establishes clear rules for interaction between businesses and government bodies, aimed at protecting applicants’ rights, ensuring procedural transparency, and preventing illegal or inefficient decisions. This is a revolutionary law that expands the powers of the private sector in its relations with authorities.

Speakers:

Oleksiy Koltok, Attorney-at-law, Partner at Sayenko Kharenko. He has extensive experience representing clients in courts of all instances and specializations, protecting them in corporate disputes, disputes with state and regulatory authorities, commercial disputes, consumer protection, real estate and construction, labor disputes, debt collection, enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy, etc.
Zhanna Zaiets, Attorney-at-law, Senior Associate at Sayenko Kharenko. She specializes in disputes with government authorities, particularly regarding the appeal of sanctions, as well as litigation with regulatory bodies.
Dmytro Shahirmanov, Attorney-at-law, Senior Associate at Sayenko Kharenko. He has profound experience in appealing the actions and acts of government entities through administrative and judicial channels, specializing in legal support for state supervision and control measures.
