Open Meeting with Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa
On September 11 at 1:00 PM, we invite members of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP) to an open meeting with Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
Since August 2024, Mr. Telyupa has been coordinating a number of important areas within the “Made in Ukraine” state policy, including:
- Affordable loans “5-7-9%”
- Grant program for processing enterprises
- Compensation for the purchase of Ukrainian-made equipment
- “eOselia” preferential mortgage program
- “School Bus” project
Additionally, he is responsible for developing industrial policy, supporting the real economy, fostering competitive relations, managing public procurement, advancing public-private partnerships, stimulating exports, insuring against military risks, promoting sustainable development, and implementing the National Energy and Climate Plan until 2030.
Andriy Telyupa brings deep expertise in procurement, international trade, and finance from his work in the machine-building and metallurgical industries, at “Ukrzaliznytsia,” and the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). His achievements include implementing modern digital solutions in procurement and developing mechanisms for procurement continuity during wartime.
