SUP HR Community resumes its work

We invite HR specialists, company managers, and owners to the first meeting of the updated SUP HR Community.

Location: SUP office in Kyiv or Zoom

At the meeting, we will present the updated concept of the HR Community — a space that unites those who work with people, teams, and leadership. Not only HR professionals, but also owners and managers.

We understand that today every business — from large-scale corporations to teams of 10–15 people — faces challenges in attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Therefore, we are creating a practical platform for sharing experience, solutions, and live communication between HR specialists and business.

During the first meeting, participants will be able to help shape the work directions of the HR Community for 2026 — to ensure the topics are truly relevant and useful.

The initiator of the updated club is Olena Sklyarenko, an expert in organizational development and HR, a consultant for international and Ukrainian companies, and a lecturer at the UCU Business School.
