The EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line with Incentives
and other EBRD Programmes in Ukraine
On 25 February 2026 at 11:00, an information event will be held entitled ‘EU4Business-EBRD credit line with EU investment grants and other EBRD programmes to support Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses: opportunities, conditions and practical steps’.
During the event, participants will learn more about two programmes of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Union that help Ukrainian SMEs overcome the challenges associated with full-scale Russian aggression, recover, strengthen their capacity, modernise and move forward – the EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line and the Energy Security Support Facility (ESSF). These financial instruments facilitate access to finance, help reduce investment costs and offer additional benefits to participants.
Programme experts will present the programmes and provide specific explanations and practical recommendations on:
• available credit instruments
• conditions for participation in the programmes
• special investment incentives (grants) for veteran businesses and enterprises affected by the war
• the role of partner financial institutions
• additional support opportunities within EBRD programmes
In addition, the event will include an exchange of experiences with entrepreneurs who have already successfully used these financial instruments and are ready to share useful advice.
