Alterra Group is a Ukrainian company specializing in the development and management of turnkey commercial real estate.

The developer’s portfolio includes thirty-five objects with a total area of 175 thousand square meters. Among them are warehouse and production complexes, business centers, shopping and shopping and entertainment centers.

The most famous implemented objects are the multifunctional logistics complex PORT in Lviv, the Palo Alto office complex and the modern JAM warehouse in the Kyiv region. The company is currently working on a business hub project called Prostir, which will be built in the Lviv region, and is also developing concepts for several industrial parks.
