Disputes Law Firm is a legal company founded in 2015 by attorney Dmytro Chuguenko, which helps small businesses in resolving disputes in court and out of court. In addition, the company conducts risk assessments of transactions and counterparties (Due Diligence), develops and reviews contracts.
The company’s mission is simple – to win for its clients in court, and when possible, without going to court.
