Areas of Focus

International Funding

Developing a project portfolio aligned with the priorities of SECO, GIZ, the EU, USAID, RVO, Sida, the EIB, the EBRD, and UNDP. Compliance audits, proposal structuring, communication with donors, preparation of investment proposals, and support through to the final report.

Corporate Fundraising

Pre-project analysis, fundraising strategy, and project portfolio development for medium and large businesses. Ongoing support throughout the grant cycle—from monitoring to reporting.

Public Sector and Communities

Securing EU funding for local governments and communities. Strategic planning, team training, and preparation and support for development projects.

Corporate Training

Preparing teams to work with international donors: from understanding donor logic to corporate governance and reporting standards.

ReBuild Ukraine

Preparation and full support for projects aimed at the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine, working with international donors in the fields of energy, agriculture, defense, healthcare, and more.

DREAM Support

Registration and support for projects within the DREAM ecosystem. Preparation of project documentation in accordance with the platform’s requirements, proper data structuring, and support from submission through to project status monitoring.
