KVOTA Scientific and Production Firm is a family business with over 33 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering. The enterprise is headed by the owner and director, Olga Melykh (PhD in Economics). A unique feature of KVOTA is that for the past 14 years, the company has been successfully managed by women, demonstrating high professionalism in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
KVOTA specializes in the design and manufacture of molds and dies—precision forming tools designed for the mass production of products from polymers, bioplastics, food products, and metals.
The company offers customers a comprehensive range of services:
- Development of design documentation for the manufacture of forming tooling (molds, dies, punches, stamps, and mold sets, etc.).
- R&D: product design creation, prototyping, development of methods for forming plastic parts, and preparation of technological maps for mass production.
- High-precision metalworking on computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
- Manufacturing of plastic products by injection molding at its own production unit.
- Supply of standard components for molds from international manufacturers (PROPLASTICA, CUMSA, Elwik, Wadim Plast, Czaki, GC heat, Merkle). The assortment includes over 30,000 items of certified products that meet international quality standards.
- Supply of environmentally friendly lubricants under the Ambersil brand, produced by the well-known British lubricant manufacturer “CRC Industries UK Ltd.” The products have all the necessary quality and safety certificates: ISO, Halal, NSF (H1 – 3H), “Conclusions” of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service. The products are used in the plastics industry as well as in many other industries.
KVOTA actively contributes to the development of Ukrainian industry by creating new jobs, implementing modern technologies, and entering international markets. In 2023, the company implemented and applied a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In 2024, the company was recognized as one of the 250 promising small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine by Forbes Ukraine.
