Lean Coaching

Lean Coaching was founded in June 2002 with the aim of coaching in Lean. It focuses on the process of continuous improvement, based on the philosophy and principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS), also known as Lean.

The company has changed its focus from “what” (tools) to be implemented to “how” (coaching) to be implemented. Thus, Lean Coaching LLC is engaged in providing coaching services and consulting on the implementation of Lean management principles.
