The law firm was founded by two partners:

• Maryna Mkrticheva — Attorney-at-Law, Managing Partner at Magnet Legal. Has 15 years of experience in criminal defense of business, white-collar cases, compliance, and crisis strategies. Expert in anti-corruption compliance, In absentia cases, search and tracing, and cases involving Interpol and the ECtHR (European Court of Human Rights).
• Iryna Domitrashchuk — Attorney-at-Law, Partner at Magnet Legal. Specializes in criminal procedure, military law, administrative disputes, and complex procedural cases. Represents clients in courts of all instances and in highly sensitive legal situations.
