Law Firm “Reliable Legal Partner” was founded in 2014. Today, the company has 22 employees in various areas of work, participates in all-Ukrainian conferences for business, conducts staff training on internal processes and behavior during inspections and searches, supports workshops for law school students, and has 200+ clients in its portfolio.

The company supports business cases regarding the collection of funds, the execution of contracts, participation in public procurement, including disputes in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and defense contracts. It also deals with land disputes, tax and customs issues, criminal cases, and on-site searches.

Among the areas of work are the launch of new products on the market: certification, permits, licenses, patents, support for the construction and commissioning of solar power plants, licenses of the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities of Ukraine, registration of property rights, as well as the import of equipment containing ozone-depleting substances. The company conducts legal audits of businesses, supports the reorganization of enterprises and the division of property of former collective farms.
