Pastourelle is the only gastro-manufacturer in Ukraine that creates cheeses with white noble mold, combining modern technologies with traditional manual production, using a unique raw material base: Jersey milk, a wide range of flavors from classic, breaded and complex: wine-washed and brevibacteria (unique Altinchiz).

Due to the geographical location of the factory in ecologically clean protected areas, the use of only top-quality whole milk and French mold culture, as well as careful care for cheeses at each stage of production and compliance with global safety standards, Pastourelle creates unique and original cheeses.
