TIS is a strategic enterprise that plays a key role in ensuring Ukrainian exports and economic security of Ukraine, in particular within the framework of the UN Food Program.

TIS is positioned as:

• Port No. 1 in Ukraine in terms of cargo transshipment volumes.
• Port No. 2 on the Black Sea in terms of cargo transshipment volumes.

The company’s activities are focused on port cargo transshipment, for which TIS operates five modern specialized terminals and its own extensive railway infrastructure. Each of the terminals occupies a leading position in its segment:

TIS Terminals:

• TIS-Coal: capable of receiving bulk carriers with a carrying capacity of over 200,000 tons, with a design capacity of up to 12 million tons per year.
• Container Terminal (DPWTP): a modern container handling complex with a capacity of 8 million tons/400,000 TEU per year, featuring the longest (600 m) and deepest (15 m) container terminal in the country.
• TIS-Ruda: The largest and most modern export terminal for handling iron ore and iron ore raw materials. Its design capacity is up to 7 million tons per year.
• TIS-Zerno: one of the largest grain terminals in Ukraine. The terminal’s design capacity is up to 10 million tons of grain per year.
  TIS-Mindobriva: one of the first terminals of the TIS Group with a design capacity of up to 3.5 million tons per year.
