• General design and general contracting in the construction of industrial and and commercial facilities, including utility networks;
• Customer support at all stages – design, preparation and obtaining of construction permits, the construction process, and commissioning of the completed facility;

General Design. As a general designer:

• The company assesses and determines the requirements for the facility jointly with the customer, and assists in compiling the design brief;
• Assists, or collects baseline data on behalf of the Customer;
• Performs all stages of design;
• Carries out architectural supervision of the construction of the real estate object;
• Participates in the commissioning of the facility.

General Contracting. As a general contractor: ZDOROVYI KLIMAT LLC organizes the work of the construction site, provides qualified workers and necessary equipment, and ensures the timely delivery of materials.

The company assumes all risks for the cost and deadlines of “turnkey” construction.
