IDEA is a market leader in business travel in Ukraine, recognized in Forbes NEXT250 (2024). The company is included in the official list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary tax compliance and is the founder of the first industry conference, Business Travel Ukraine 1.0.

FRACTAL is a startup studio that launches new businesses with partners. The main focus is IT and Digital, but our business models are diverse.

It all started with Netpeak, a digital agency that has been doing advertising on Google, Facebook, and TikTok for 18 years and is now one of the largest agencies in Eastern Europe. Later, the company began creating software products, including the Ringostat platform for business telephony and process automation.

Over time, FRACTAL has transformed into an ecosystem of companies including:

• Tonti Laguna Group: A multi-product company that creates and promotes its own mobile applications. It includes 42n, Asolytics, PDFLiner, Tonti Laguna Prime, and Tonti Laguna Automation.
• Kiss My Apps: A startup studio specializing in creating and developing mobile products in a co-founding format.
• Group of digital agencies: Netpeak Agencies Group (Netpeak Ukraine, Netpeak Kazakhstan, Netpeak Bulgaria, Netpeak Alliance, RadASO)
• Services: Digital marketing agency Inweb, recruiting agency Netpeak Talent
• SaaS (software as a service): Business telephony Ringostat, cloud LMS AcademyOcean, search marketing platform Serpstat, fintech ecosystem of mobile and web services for financial management Saldo Apps, HRMS system CoreHR, developer of search marketing tools Netpeak Software.

UNIQUE TRADE – National distributor of auto spare parts and liquids

The company has been operating in the market for over 30 years and is one of the largest distributors of auto parts in Ukraine. Today, it unites 15 branches, cooperates with leading global manufacturers, and is the only Ukrainian member of the global purchasing alliance ATR.

“Unique Trade” started with a small auto parts store in Mykolaiv, and today it is a large-scale operational structure with its own logistics, warehouses, WMS/TMS systems, and a team of over 700 people. The company is an official distributor of Bosch, KYB, ZF, and other global brands, develops its own product lines, and is actively expanding its geography even during wartime.

Magnet Legal is a law firm specializing in the protection of businesses, officials, top management, and public figures in criminal law proceedings, white-collar crime, international disputes, and sensitive reputational situations.

We work at the intersection of law, risk management, and communications. The team supports clients in situations requiring cold analysis, a clear plan, and strategic resilience — from responding to legal pressure to building long-term defense strategies for the business and its leadership.

The law firm was founded by two partners:

• Maryna Mkrticheva — Attorney-at-Law, Managing Partner at Magnet Legal. Has 15 years of experience in criminal defense of business, white-collar cases, compliance, and crisis strategies. Expert in anti-corruption compliance, In absentia cases, search and tracing, and cases involving Interpol and the ECtHR (European Court of Human Rights).
• Iryna Domitrashchuk — Attorney-at-Law, Partner at Magnet Legal. Specializes in criminal procedure, military law, administrative disputes, and complex procedural cases. Represents clients in courts of all instances and in highly sensitive legal situations.
