UNIQUE TRADE – National distributor of auto spare parts and liquids

The company has been operating in the market for over 30 years and is one of the largest distributors of auto parts in Ukraine. Today, it unites 15 branches, cooperates with leading global manufacturers, and is the only Ukrainian member of the global purchasing alliance ATR.

“Unique Trade” started with a small auto parts store in Mykolaiv, and today it is a large-scale operational structure with its own logistics, warehouses, WMS/TMS systems, and a team of over 700 people. The company is an official distributor of Bosch, KYB, ZF, and other global brands, develops its own product lines, and is actively expanding its geography even during wartime.

Magnet Legal is a law firm specializing in the protection of businesses, officials, top management, and public figures in criminal law proceedings, white-collar crime, international disputes, and sensitive reputational situations.

We work at the intersection of law, risk management, and communications. The team supports clients in situations requiring cold analysis, a clear plan, and strategic resilience — from responding to legal pressure to building long-term defense strategies for the business and its leadership.

The law firm was founded by two partners:

• Maryna Mkrticheva — Attorney-at-Law, Managing Partner at Magnet Legal. Has 15 years of experience in criminal defense of business, white-collar cases, compliance, and crisis strategies. Expert in anti-corruption compliance, In absentia cases, search and tracing, and cases involving Interpol and the ECtHR (European Court of Human Rights).
• Iryna Domitrashchuk — Attorney-at-Law, Partner at Magnet Legal. Specializes in criminal procedure, military law, administrative disputes, and complex procedural cases. Represents clients in courts of all instances and in highly sensitive legal situations.

Highlight Case: Bolhrad Energy Park A new-generation Energy Park project in the city of Bolhrad with three profit generation strategies:

• A 3.3 MW Solar Power Plant (SPP) in the region with the highest insolation in Ukraine.
• An Energy Storage System (ESS) with 3 MW of power and 10 MWh of capacity.
• A charging hub for all types of electric transport.
