A Finnish public–private delegation (National Emergency Supply Organisation) took place, organized by the Ukrainian Entrepreneurs Union (SUP) together with Miltton Ukraine LLC and Nova Poshta. The delegation included the leadership of the National Emergency Supply Agency of Finland (NESA), a representative from Traficom (the Finnish state transport agency), the state railway company VR Group, as well as private players in the logistics sector. In Finland, security of supply is based on close cooperation between the public and private sectors.
FOCUS OF THE VISIT: UKRAINIAN LOGISTICS IN THE CONTEXT OF WAR
One of the key interests of the delegation was to learn about Ukrainian logistics operators that have their own hubs and experience in maintaining uninterrupted operations during wartime—particularly in protecting critical infrastructure, adapting routes, and organizing work under shelling. Nova Poshta is one of the best examples of Ukrainian businesses with scale, operational resilience, and hands-on experience in managing critical logistics.
During the meeting, the delegation received an in-depth presentation about Nova Poshta’s activities and a guided tour of the KIT terminal. Participants asked numerous questions, and a lively discussion followed about business, innovation, partnership opportunities, contingency plans, future development plans, current challenges, and charitable initiatives. Guests were able to witness firsthand the operations of one of Ukraine’s most innovative and resilient logistics companies.
SUP was represented at the meeting by Olena Hemusova, Head of SUP’s International Cooperation Center, and Stanislava Khorenzha, Participant Relations Coordinator. The delegation received comprehensive information about the Union’s activities—its services, business support programs, and key events.
