On April 14, representatives of the Information and Communication Technology Committee held a meeting with representatives from all regions CDTO to discuss electronic document management-related issues.
The Committee representatives presented their own achievements and initiatives in the electronic document management field. They discussed the issue of paper document storage, the demand to improve the regulatory framework for e-contracts use in Prozorro procurement and e-guarantees for the banking sector, changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the determination of the date of conclusion of e-documents (Article #187 of the Code of Civil Procedure), and shortening the list of documents required for paper duplication and their storage periods.
Representatives from a company that is a member of the Information and Communication Technology Committee shared their experience of implementing electronic document management for the Lviv Regional Military Administration. They also talked about the importance of implementing an electronic archive, presenting a real case and its advantages.
In turn, regional CDTO representatives shared their experience of working with the electronic document management during the war, the problems of use and storage in connection with damaged power grids, the importance and convenience of exchanging documents online, and finding alternatives for this.
The meeting participants unanimously supported the importance of cooperation and joining forces to further improve the field of electronic document circulation in the regions.
