Today, the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC2025) kicked off in Rome – a key international event aimed at stimulating partnerships between Ukrainian, Italian, and international companies to implement Ukraine’s reconstruction projects.
Despite daily shelling and destruction, Ukraine continues its path to the European Union, actively integrating into the European and global markets. The country is a party to 18 free trade agreements with 48 countries.
As the largest independent business association, SUP represents the voice of Ukrainian business at the national and international levels, participates in the development of reforms, EU integration processes, and acts as a bridge between Ukrainian companies and the international market.
Kateryna Hlazkova, Executive Director of SUP, spoke at the event on the topic: “Connecting for Ukraine’s future prosperity” as part of the “Infrastructure” panel, where she presented:
- The role of SUP in supporting Ukrainian business;
- Current challenges and needs of the infrastructure sector;
- Examples of successful interaction between entrepreneurs and the government and international partners.
SUP today is:

- €1.7 billion in investments attracted during the full-scale war
- Offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, Warsaw, and a representative office in Brussels.
As a business association uniting 22 leading companies in the infrastructure and logistics sector (including “Nova Poshta”, DART LOGISTIC, TIS, and others), SUP plays a central role in shaping Ukraine’s infrastructure policy. The association actively contributes to policy development, participates in state working groups, and represents business interests in discussions on the reconstruction and modernization of the transport system.
SUP’s expertise is based on daily interaction with providers of logistics, transport, warehousing, and customs services – companies that are at the forefront of Ukraine’s resilience and economic continuity. SUP not only promotes investment opportunities but also facilitates a strategic dialogue among business, government, and international partners to address bottlenecks in infrastructure, bring it into compliance with EU standards, and develop promising solutions for Ukraine’s reconstruction.

According to a survey of over 300 Ukrainian and European companies conducted by SUP in April-July 2025, infrastructure is the second most promising sector for investment after energy, with an expected attraction of about €116 billion, and remains one of the priority sectors for potential investors in Ukraine for 30% of the surveyed companies. The full results of this survey will be presented on July 10 on the main stage of the URC Business Fair.
