The Kyivguma company became a member of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs in 2017. This year, with the support and financial assistance of Ukraine, NATO countries, and specifically the German government, Kyivguma was able to supply 100,000 tactical medical kits to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The project also included the purchase of products from domestic manufacturers, which not only provided the military with necessary supplies but also supported Ukrainian businesses by creating jobs.
Kyivguma started producing medical kits and tactical medical supplies in 2015. For the past 7 years, they have been the official supplier of tactical medical kits to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. During this time, the manufacturer has produced over 350,000 kits. The modern military medical kit, developed in collaboration with the Medical Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, includes products from well-known Ukrainian manufacturers. Additionally, the kit fully complies with NATO standards. Kyivguma is also registered as a commercial organization with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency.
Among other items included in each medical kit are Omega tourniquets and nasopharyngeal airways produced by Kyivguma, with serial production of these items launched in 2015.
