The event brought together more than 250 entrepreneurs, partners, and like-minded individuals to recognize business achievements, resilience, and innovative ideas. The SUP Awards is not only a celebration of breakthrough business practices but also a vital event for promoting entrepreneurship and supporting those who shape the economic future of Ukraine.
This year, we received over 150 applications, and the significant number of new nominees highlights the dynamism and openness of the Union. The awards ceremony once again became a true celebration of gratitude to our entrepreneurs who, despite numerous challenges, continue to drive the country forward, creating new opportunities for development and growth.
Based on the voting results, winners were selected and presented with 16 awards and 3 special distinctions.
MilTech
Recognition was given to companies working for defense — ranging from security and cybersecurity systems to dual-use technologies. Voting leaders included: General Chereshnia, TERWIN, and UKROPTER.
Winner: General Chereshnia AIR – A Ukrainian high-tech interceptor drone designed to destroy enemy reconnaissance and strike UAVs. It reaches speeds of up to 200 km/h, flies for up to 35 minutes, operates within a 14 km radius, and at altitudes up to 6,000 m. It has already neutralized over 5,000 targets, making it Ukraine’s most effective tactical interceptor. Following the success of the AIR model, the team launched the mass-produced “anti-Shahed” General Chereshnia Bullet; together, these drones save thousands of lives daily at the front and in cities.
Successful Flight
Stories of companies boldly entering new markets and proving that growth and industry leadership are possible even now. This year’s shortlist included: DroneUA, MARKQUEN, Kormotech, and SUNSAY NRG.
Winners: Kormotech and SUNSAY NRG Kormotech impressed with the rapid growth of the Club 4 Paws brand in Lithuania: in three years, brand awareness rose from 1% to 31%, entering the top 3 in supermarkets and significantly displacing European competitors. The team built a strong assortment strategy with 90 SKUs, increased sales by 45% in a year, and is preparing for further line expansions, laying the groundwork for threefold growth by 2028.
SUNSAY NRG is a prime example of a technological breakthrough. The company was the first in Ukraine to implement an intelligent EMS (Energy Management System) that ensures instantaneous switching between the grid, solar stations, generators, and energy storage systems. Its large-scale project in Bohuslav, the largest C&I energy storage complex and a record-breaking solar power plant, is already operational based on this system. This sets a new standard for energy autonomy for Ukrainian businesses.
Transformation of the Year
This category honors companies that managed to change rapidly during the war —finding new directions, restructuring operations, retaining personnel, and continuing to move forward. The top 3 in the open vote were: International Center of Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology (ICRN), INSIGHT, and InterCargoTruck.
Winner: InterCargoTruck – A company that managed not only to withstand the start of the full-scale invasion but also to double its production volumes. They retained and expanded their team —increasing the number of jobs by 110%—maintained cooperation with key national brands, and represented Ukraine at international exhibitions in Amsterdam and Warsaw. Today, InterCargoTruck is a leader in the production of isothermal and refrigerated vans in Ukraine—an example of how transformation leads to genuine development.
Best Technological Solution
Cases from companies that create real value—automating processes, saving resources, and opening new opportunities for users and businesses. The strongest contenders in the voting were: Tabletki.ua, Sovtes.ua, NovaPay, and YouControl.
Winners: Tabletki.ua and NovaPay Tabletki.ua is a platform that made searching for and booking pharmacy products nationwide as simple and fast as possible. Partners update prices and availability themselves, while the team’s technology ensures service stability even under high loads. With 20+ million monthly visitors, 5 million downloads, 14,000 connected pharmacies, and over UAH 3 billion in savings for Ukrainians in a year, the results speak for themselves. This is a true model of a Ukrainian IT product.
NovaPay is a financial ecosystem that puts the routine tasks of individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) and e-commerce on autopilot. Account opening in 5 minutes via Diia, separation of personal and business finances, rapid cash-on-delivery settlements, electronic powers of attorney without a notary, automated payments, and instant statements. Integration with Nova Post, AI-driven detail reading, and transparent tariffs make NovaPay a reliable solution for daily operations and online business growth.
Veteran Business
A special and highly important nomination, recognizing companies created and developed by individuals who, after their service, continue to change the country through business, creating jobs and supporting the economy. The shortlist included: H2O Transport, Novi Vorota, and Mandry in UA.
Winner: H2O Transport – A modern international passenger transport company founded by a veteran. It operates under high standards of service and safety, providing daily transfers to Europe with a new 2024-2025 vehicle fleet, employing 15-20% veterans, and actively supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The team implements innovations such as their own CRM, a mobile app, and 24/7 support.
Strength and Might
Recognition for companies that endured the war, preserved their staff and production, recovered despite strikes, and today demonstrate Ukraine’s true economic resilience. The shortlist included: TERWIN, ProfInstall, Collar, and Pechersk School International.
Winners: ProfInstall and Collar ProfInstall is an example of endurance. In early 2022, the team consisted of about a hundred people, mostly in Kharkiv. After the invasion began, work became impossible: customers paused projects, and the production site suffered a direct hit from a guided aerial bomb (KAB). Despite this, the team managed to save key equipment, restore processes, and return to work. Today, ProfInstall has over 200 specialists, turnover has doubled compared to 2021, and the Kharkiv site has been fully restored.
Collar also served as an example of flexibility and courage. At the start of the invasion, the team quickly evacuated to the west, equipped a new space for storage and housing, and restored production, servers, and exports while retaining key staff. At the height of the war, the company’s products were already being released with “Made in BRAVE Ukraine” branding and were presented at the international exhibition Interzoo 2022. During this time, Collar created over 2,100 new SKUs, modernized production, obtained ISO 9001 certification, supports a children’s sports school, and continues to develop under the toughest conditions.
Social Project of the Year
Stories of companies whose initiatives change lives, support the community, and show how business can be a driver of positive change. Voting leaders included: Sheriff, Franchise Group & Sesam, Nova Post, and One Philosophy.
Winners: Sheriff and Franchise Group & Sesam SHERIFF Cyber Academy transforms traditional security business into a platform for the economic reintegration of veterans through IT, providing free retraining in cybersecurity and creating specialists to protect Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. The project combines education, psychological adaptation, employment, and community building, ensuring financial stability for veterans while meeting critical IT market needs and strengthening national cyber resilience.
The “Sesam” franchise by Franchise Group is an emergency locksmith business created by veterans for veterans, turning military experience into opportunities for stable employment and partnership. The initiative was born from the idea of supporting veterans in rebuilding confidence through their own businesses: the Franchise Group team developed the franchise for free, prepared the business model, financial structure, and legal support. In less than a year, the project is ready for scaling, with the first partners preparing to open new branches, creating a model that can provide jobs for dozens of veterans across Ukraine.
Best Employer
An award for companies implementing advanced personnel development practices, ensuring employee safety, integrating veterans, and driving innovation. Nominees this year included: Apteka 911, Prozheiko Dental Studio, and Coffeeton.
Winner: Coffeeton, which builds a culture of development where team growth defines the growth of the company and the country. Investment in training includes MBAs at KMBS, international Q Grader certifications, and participation in Ukraine’s first SCA Master’s program. Specialists become Ukrainian champions, represent the country at world competitions, and earn the right to judge international championships. Coffeeton Hub serves as an educational platform for new specialists, and Coffeeton Yard as a space for recovery and team energy, making individual development an inherent part of the company’s DNA.
Creative of the Year
The most creative marketing campaigns and social projects. Voting leaders: Pizza Day, Sunvita Group, MAKE SENSE, and WEAGRO.
Winners: Pizza Day and Sunvita Group “Pizza Day Pirates” is a gamified motivational program for 1,200 Pizza Day employees that turned work tasks into an exciting game with roles, ratings, missions, and internal currency. Through a Telegram bot, the program accompanied teams daily, helped achieve goals, reduced complaints, and increased discipline and engagement, becoming a part of the corporate culture.
Naturelle Classic Black by Sunvita Group is a case study in creating a new market category: Ukraine’s first black wet wipes, combining premium material, stylish design, and emotional positioning. By focusing on aesthetics and a new care experience rather than just the product, the brand launched a massive digital campaign, fashion visuals, and a charitable partnership with Aurora and Atlas Festival 2025, resulting in 6 million unique reaches, over 90 million impressions, increased brand awareness, sales growth, and entry into new markets.
Ukrainian Business in Europe
This nomination highlights companies that have successfully integrated into European markets and continue to develop international partnerships. They managed to maintain or even increase their capacity despite the challenges of war and actively promote Ukrainian values and quality abroad. The shortlist included: iPlan, DS Solutions, and VSK Consulting.
Winner: VSK Consulting, which since the beginning of 2022 has systematically entered international markets, including Poland, Turkey, Spain, and Moldova, supporting Ukrainian companies in creating local teams and adapting to new labor markets. During this time, the company has completed over 30 successful international hires, accelerating the entry of Ukrainian businesses into foreign markets and ensuring effective integration into the local environment.
Contribution to Entrepreneurship Development
The award was presented to CIPE (Center for International Private Enterprise), a non-profit research organization in the USA established under the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 1983 to provide support to local organizations worldwide building democracy through the development of private enterprise.
Charity Auction
During the event, entrepreneurs raised over UAH 317,000 as part of the largest “Yedynozbir” (Unicorn Collection) in Ukraine’s history, organized by the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, the 412th Nemesis Brigade, and the World Congress of Ukrainians. The total goal of the collection is UAH 1 billion for the purchase of interceptor drones and equipping crews working on aerial targets. We thank Dmytro Stryzhov, founder of Sheriff holding, and Vladyslav Vakulenko, co-owner and partner at Vakulenko Art Consulting, for providing the auction lots.
