The Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 30/2024 “On the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law” of January 26, 2024 established the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law, whose main task is to
- systematic analysis of the situation with regard to ensuring the right to entrepreneurship under martial law, the practice of formulating and implementing state policy on the observance of guarantees of the right to entrepreneurship, the development of the results of such analysis and submission of proposals to the President of Ukraine on possible ways and mechanisms for resolving problematic issues
- consideration of draft laws on entrepreneurship, development of proposals for improving the legislation of Ukraine on the conduct of business entities;
- promoting effective interaction between the state and business entities, public associations representing their interests, and disseminating the best international practices.
The Council is composed of:
- KLYMOV Vyacheslav – President of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, member of the Supervisory Board of “Nova Poshta” LLC;
- KONOTOPSKY Oleksandr, member of the USP Board of Directors, co-owner of AJAX SYSTEMS MANUFACTURING LLC;
- YEFIMENKO Konstantin – member of the Board of Directors, President of BIOFARMA PLASMA LLC;
- GOROKHOVSKY Oleg , co-founder of FINTECH BAND LLC;
- BORODATYUK Artem, co-founder of Netpik LLC;
- KITSMEI Taras – member of the Board of Representatives of the Association “Information Technologies of Ukraine”, co-owner of LLC “Softserve”;
- OLIYNYK Dmytro – Head of the Council of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine
In addition, the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 26.01.2024 No. 31/2024 “On the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform “Made in Ukraine” launched the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform “Made in Ukraine” under the patronage of the President of Ukraine for constant communication and coordination of interaction between state bodies, representatives of localized enterprises, domestic business (large, medium, small), public associations of entrepreneurs, foreign investors, politicians, scientists, and experts.
The All-Ukrainian Economic Platform “Made in Ukraine” should include:
- The President of Ukraine;
- Representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers and regional state administrations;
- Business, but the concept and composition should be proposed by the President’s Office, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the heads of regional state administrations.
