A consolidated business voice is the foundation of effective solutions
In November–December 2025, the International Cooperation Center of the Ukrainian Business Council (SUP), in consortium with CASE Ukraine, is implementing the CIPE project “Supporting Business Leadership in Strengthening Economic Resilience and the Recovery of Ukraine (BLR II)” with the support of CIPE.
The goal of the project is to gather a consolidated position of Ukrainian business on the key challenges caused by the war and to develop practical solutions for the country’s economic recovery.
Regional insights: what business is saying
Within the framework of the project, the following activities were conducted:
4 focus groups with entrepreneurs in Lviv, Kyiv, Dnipro (including businesses from frontline regions), and Odesa;
10 in-depth interviews with business representatives from various regions of Ukraine;
a nationwide survey of 400 companies.
From analysis to systemic change
In parallel, an analytical study of key economic trends directly affecting business operations during the war has been prepared.
Based on the collected data, three policy papers will be developed focusing on reforming key areas of economic policy that are critical for business resilience and post-war recovery. At the next stages of the project, these proposals are planned to be presented in Washington and supported by a systematic advocacy campaign in Ukraine.
SUP continues its work to ensure that the voice of Ukrainian business is heard — both in Ukraine and internationally.
SUP. For every Ukrainian business.
