Objective
The SUP Analytical Center provides the business community with current analytics and proposals for legislative changes, promoting the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The Center’s team works in the fields of economics, regulatory policy, foreign policy, and international cooperation, shaping the vision for the integration of Ukrainian business with the world.
Representatives of the Analytical Center also participate in the work of the following negotiation groups:
- Group on the Free Movement of Goods
- Group on the Freedom of Establishment and Services
- Group on Taxation
- Group on the Customs Union
- Group on Financial and Budgetary Provisions
This allows for considering the interests of business in Ukraine when forming decisions at the international level.
In addition, the Center creates high-quality materials that help entrepreneurs obtain reliable data and effectively use the flow of information and analytics for making strategic decisions.
Main areas of work
- Analysis of legislation affecting the activities of entrepreneurs
- Processing members’ initiatives and formulating proposals for the authorities
- Participation in working groups and public councils
- Conducting surveys to gather entrepreneurs’ opinions
- Preparation of explanations on draft laws for participants (members)
- Providing expertise and comments on draft laws
