Today, on May 30th, a meeting took place between the participating companies of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP) and the management of the Main Office of the State Tax Service (DPS) in Kyiv.
A significant number of SUP members are registered in the capital of Ukraine, so establishing contacts specifically with tax authorities in the city allows for quality service and support for many companies.
The following topics were discussed during the meeting:
- Issues related to the registration of tax invoices
- Implementation of cash register devices for transactions
- Improvement of electronic services provided by the tax service
Based on the meeting’s outcomes, appeals will be prepared to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine regarding the improvement of procedures for registering tax invoices, simplifying requirements for the use of cash register devices, and reviewing fines imposed on businesses for minor violations that do not significantly affect the revenue of the State Budget.
We would also like to remind our participants that the association houses an Analytical Center and a Business Protection Center, which actively advocate for the interests of businesses before the State Tax Service and other government bodies. Their goal is to implement legislative changes at a systemic level and to resolve specific cases of member companies within the association.
