SUP took part in the development and presentation of the draft law #RaidershipStop aimed at combating raids.
Among the key changes proposed by the draft law are:
- utilities are deprived of the right to make registration actions;
- raising the qualification requirements for state registrars
- staff shortages are being eliminated in state offices in remote regions
- the gray “pseudo-tax” of private notaries is liquidated in the amount of 1% of the transaction amount
- introduction of a number of protective mechanisms for the owners of corporate rights
- Mandatory notarization of the land lease agreement to avoid encroachments on shares by other persons.
