The Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP) and HRD Club Ukraine have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The partnership will bring together the expertise of the business community and HR leaders to jointly address issues that are shaping the development opportunities of Ukrainian companies and the labor market today.
During the signing, the participants discussed new initiatives in labor and migration legislation, support for veterans, and mobilization — issues that directly affect Ukrainian businesses today.
The labor shortage is one of the main barriers to the development of Ukrainian businesses, meaning that competition for employees will only intensify. That is why the shortage of workers requires solutions to be sought now.
Partnership for Practical Solutions for Business
HRD Club is a professional community of HR directors and leaders from large and medium-sized businesses who work on human capital development and changes in the labor market. The club’s areas of focus include labor legislation, employment of veterans, young people, and people with disabilities, as well as the recruitment of foreign nationals.
For SUP, cooperation with HRD Club is an opportunity to strengthen direct dialogue with HR leaders of Ukrainian companies and better take into account the practical challenges faced by businesses when working on legislative and regulatory changes.
The partnership also creates opportunities for joint initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the development of practical solutions in the areas of employment, labor relations, and human capital development.
